Police Seek Arrest Warrant For Vandal in Downtown

Greenwich Police say they have applied for an arrest warrant through Stamford Superior Court for an individual in connection with a vandalism incident reported on Nov 26 in downtown Greenwich.

A resident of Le Grande Ave, a street that dead-ends at Quarry Knoll, a property of the Housing Authority, reported that exterior lights had been smashed and tires slashed between 10:00pm and 8:30am.

“We did an arrest warrant application and the judge will determine whether there is probable cause,” explained Lt John Slusarz. “Typically we provide an arrest warrant affidavit and articulate why there is probable cause that a specific person committed a specific crime.”
