Police Respond to Argument; Charge Man with Interfering with Police

On Saturday night around 9:30pm Greenwich Police responded to central Greenwich on a complaint of a verbal argument between a man and woman.

Investigation revealed that David Kent Joslin, 48, of 16 Old Track Road in Greenwich had broken the victim’s phone.

During the course of the investigation, Mr. Joslin refused to cooperate and kept screaming at the victim not to speak to the police.

Joslin was arrested and charged with Criminal Mischief 2, Interfering with Officer/Resisting Arrest and Disorderly Conduct.

His bond was set at $5,000, which he  was able to post.

He was assigned a date in Stamford Superior Court ton Sept 17, 2018.
