Greenwich Police reported they made no arrests over the weekend.

However, they are applying for an arrest warrant for a Disorderly Conduct charge for a case under investigation involving a verbal disagreement between a ride share operator and a fare. Police say the fare spat in the driver’s direction.

Other than that incident, police report they issued five warnings to stay out of parks, which are closed per the First Selectman’s order to slow the spread of COVID-19.

Lastly, police issued a leaf blower warning. The First Selectman issued an order limiting landscapers to use of one gas powered leaf blower in response to complaints about noise from residents who are following the stay home, stay safe guidelines.
