On May 7 Greenwich Police detectives and officers assisted the Connecticut Bail Enforcement Agency in the service of three active warrants for Derek Alfred Davis, 46, of Capitol Circle in Tallahassee, Florida.
Mr. Davis was taken into custody on a warrant that originated in Darien for Failure to Appear 2 with $7,500 bond and a second warrant for Failure to Appear 2 out of Stamford with a $25,000 bond.
Davis was assigned a date in Stamford Superior Court on May 21, 2018. He was able to post $7,500 bond and was released.
