Tyler Phillips, 19, of 40 Pemberwick Rd in Greenwich was charged with Failure to Appear 2nd degree by Greenwich Police on Aug 18 at about 8:45pm after Phillips turned himself on an outstanding warrant.
The warrant stemmed from a Larceny arrest in Norwalk on Feb. 8, 2015.
According to Greenwich Police, Mr. Phillips failed to appear in Norwalk Court on May 12, 2015. He was released on a $500 bond and has a new date in Norwalk Court on Sept. 1, 2016.
On a separate charge, Phillips was wanted on a warrant for Failure to Appear 2nd degree for a reckless driving arrest in Milford on March 21, 2015. He failed to appear in Milford Court on Aug. 21, 2015. The bond for the second Failure to Appear charge for the Milford charge was $1,000 which Phillips was able to post.He has a court date in Milford on Sept. 1, 2016.
