On the morning of Sept 11, Greenwich Police responded to Pemberwick on a report of damaged property.
It was determined that Daniel Paul Kelly, 35, of 28 Chapel Street, had damaged property at the victim’s residence. Kelly was arrested and charged with Criminal Mischief 1st degree.
His bond was set at $2,500 which he was unable to post.
He has a court date on Sept 12 in Stamford Superior Court.
