October 21, several Greenwich Police Units were detailed to Flether Ave in Pemberwick on a report of a man kicking a front door trying to gain access to a home.
Investigation revealed that a male subject had a disagreement with another male subject who resides at the home and was subsequently locked out of the residence. Investigation also revealed that the male subject tried to gain access to the home utilizing his keys and was unable to. According to Greenwich Police, he then began to yell and kick the door.
According to Police, the subject, Alexander Byrne, 20, of 2 Fletcher Ave, was subsequently arrested for Breach of Peace and Criminal Mischief 3rd Degree. He was released on a written Promise to Appear and has a court date of Oct. 22, 2015.
