On Aug 23 around 7:00pm Greenwich Police officers were dispatched to Pemberwick on a report of a physical fight between two juveniles and an adult male.
Investigation revealed that Flesner Pereira, 33, of Windy Knolls in Greenwich had struck the two juveniles with his hand and a stick.
His bond was set at $100 and he was charged with two counts of Assault 3 and two counts of Risk of Injury to a Child. He was assigned a date in Stamford Superior Court on Aug 26, 2019.
