A Greenwich man was charged with Failure to Appear after Greenwich Police made a routine traffic stop in the area of Mill Street and Henry Street in Byram on Aug 28 around 1:20am on a vehicle being driven with no front license plate.
Police learned that the driver, Jorge Humberto Flores, 27, of 19 Doubling Rd , had a warrant for his arrest for Failure to Appear that was issued by Stamford Superior Court for a missed court date of Nov 4, 2016.
Mr. Flores bond was set at $15,000 and he was assigned a new court date of Sept 11, 2017 in Stamford Superior Court. He was also issued a misdemeanor summons for local motor vehicle violations.
