On June 5 at 6:00pm Greenwich Police served an arrest warrant for Daniel Driscoll, 18, of 23 Grant Ave in Old Greenwich.
He was charged with Evading Responsibility and Failure to Drive in Proper Lane for an incident on May 10th at 5:10pm on Sound Beach Ave in Old Greenwich.
Driscoll was advised that he was being placed under arrest and was searched incident to arrest by Greenwich officers. Driscoll was then escorted to the processing area, issued his State of Connecticut Notice of Rights, which he signed. He was processed and assigned court date of June 18 in Stamford Superior Court. Driscoll was able to post his $250.00 bond and was released without incident.
