Old Greenwich Man Charged with Evading Responsibility after Crashing into Parked Car in Riverside

On May 9 around 12:20am Greenwich Police responded to a report of a single car crash in the area of Hearthstone Lane in Riverside.

Police say investigation revealed that the driver, Aden M Cuellar, 21, of Old Greenwich, failed to stay in his lane of travel, and crashed into a legally parked car.

Police say Cuellar left the scene of the accident and drove about a half mile to his home. They were able to follow a trail of fluid on the roadway leading from the crash to Cuellar’s residence.

Cuellar was charged with Evading Responsibility and Failure to Drive in Proper Lane.

He was able to post his $250 bond and has a date in Stamford Superior Court on May 23, 2022.
