On Jan 1, 2020 around 12:40am Greenwich Police stopped a 2002 Acura RSX for speeding in the area of 10 Sherwood Avenue in back country.
Police say the suspect, Tremaine Bro Fraiser, 23, of Webster Ave in New Rochelle was found in possession of a green leafy substance that tested positive for marijuana and individual small plastic bags consistent with being used to sell marijuana.
In addition to Speeding, he was charged with Possession with Intent to Sell, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia and Illegal Possession of Marijuana.
Mr. Fraiser was processed and released on a promise to appear in Stamford Superior Court on Jan 17, 2020.
