On Sept 14 around 7:00pm, Greenwich Police responded to Bertolf Rd, which is part of Housing Authority property, Adams Garden, on a report of a neighbor dispute involving a dog.
Investigation revealed that Brian Walsh, 33, who gave his address as 15 Bonwit Road in Riverside, became angry with the victim after the reporting that he was keeping a dog in housing authority property.
Police say Mr. Walsh began yelling at the victim’s house, broke a beer bottle on the front steps, and keyed the victim’s car.
Walsh was arrested and charged with Disorderly Conduct and two counts of Criminal Mischief.
He was able to post his $500 bond and has a court date on Sept 30, 2019.
