Zixin Li, 18, of 136 58 Street in Flushing, NY was arrested by Greenwich Police on Nov 4 following an incident at Saks on Greenwich Ave.
On Saturday around noon, Greenwich Police responded to Saks on a report of a possible fraudulent transaction.
Investigation determined the Ms. Li provided a fraudulent credit card at Saks and then interfered with the police investigation.
Li was charged with Conspiracy to Commit Larceny 5, Conspiracy to Commit Larceny 6, Conspiracy to Commit Credit Card Theft, Conspiracy to Commit /Receive Good/Services Obtained Illegally, Conspiracy to Commit/Identity Theft 3, Conspiracy to Commit Criminal Impersonation and Interfering with an Officer.
Ms. Li’s bond was set at $25,000. She was assigned a court date in Stamford on Nov 13, 2017.
