On Monday Jan 20, around 2:30 in the afternoon, Greenwich Police stopped a car in the area of Bruce Park Ave and Mason Street for motor vehicle violations.
During the traffic stop one of the occupants of the car was identified as Jose F Mota, 31, of Bronx, NY.
Police learned Mr. Mota had an active extraditable arrest warrant from Pennsylvania for Felony Charges.
Greenwich Police and dispatch confirmed the warrant and arrested Mota and charged him with Extradition Arrest No Warrant. His bond was set at $500,000.
he was assigned a date in Stamford Superior Court on Feb 3, 2020.
