On Feb 10, Greenwich Police conducted a motor vehicle stop in the area of 114 Hamilton Avenue after a driver ran a red light.
The operator of the vehicle consented to a search of the car, which resulted in the seizure of a wax fold containing a small amount of suspected heroin.
The driver, Nicole Kelly of Greenwich was arrested and charged with Illegal Possession.
