On Saturday around 12:30am, Greenwich Police responded to a residence off Sound Beach Ave Extension in Riverside on a report of a man banging on a the door of a residence and refusing to leave.
Police observed a man, later identified as Manuel R Sousa, 39, of Balance Rock Rd in Seymour CT, at the front door of the residence and determined he was banging on the door causing fear to the occupant of the residence.
Sousa was charged with Criminal Trespass 3 and Breach of Peace 2.
His bond was set at $5,000 which he was unable to post. He was assigned a court date in Stamford Superior Court on March 18, 2019.
