On Sept 2, Greenwich Police arrested a man who caused a disturbance inside a store at 99 Greenwich Ave, which is the address associated with CVS.
Police say that Douglas Brown, 67, of West Haven, CT, had been banned from the store and was trespassing there when, in front of several people, he caused a disturbance including throwing water bottles in the direction of an employee.
Brown was charged with Criminal Trespass 2 and Disorderly Conduct.
He was processed and then released on a promise to appear. He has a date in Stamford Superior Court on Sept 18, 2023.
