Greenwich Police arrested a Stamford man following an incident on East Putnam Ave in Riverside.
Police say on the morning of May 8, they were dispatched to a business on a report of a verbal altercation where a man, later identified as Alex S. Garcia, 27, slashed the tire of a vehicle.
During their investigation police determined that Mr. Garcia had a verbal fight with another person, which led to him cutting the tire.
Garcia was charged with Criminal Mischief 4.
He was assigned a date in Stamford Superior Court on May 9 and was released.
