Greenwich Police arrested a California man this week after they responded to a report of a physical fight between two people.
When police arrived, they determined that Bryan Lemster, 39, of Santa Monica, CA, physically grabbed the victim around the neck and shoulders, and pushed the victim against a wall.
While processing Lemster, suspected marijuana was located within his property. He was charged with Assault 3, Breach of Peace 2, Possession Less Than 1/2 Oz of cannabis, and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. His bond was set at $1,000 and he was assigned a date in Bridgeport Superior Court on May 6, 2020.
