Ronald Gary Russo, 48, of 34 Hinckley Ave in Stamford turned himself in at the Greenwich Police station on Dec. 23 on an arrest warrant for Stalking in the 2nd degree and Harassment 2nd degree for an incident on Dec. 13 on Indian Harbor Drive, with a with a court set bond of $5,000
While being processed, Russo was advised that he was also being charged for violating the protective order on file. Bond was set by Lt. Allen at $10,000 for Violation of a Restraining Order and 13 counts of Harassment 2nd degree.
After posting a surety bond, Russo was released and assigned a court date Dec. 24 in Stamford Superior Court.
