On Wednesday afternoon around 4:15pm, Greenwich Police responded to a location on East Elm Street in central Greenwich on a report of a disturbance.
Investigation revealed that Julio Velez, 43, of Morgan Street in Stamford had engaged in a loud, profane argument causing several other people in the area to become alarmed and call 911.
Mr. Velez was charged with Breach of Peace 2. His bond was set at $1,000 which he was unable to post. He was assigned a date in Stamford Superior Court on April 12, 2018.
