Greenwich Police arrested a local man on Dec 20. Bryan Duff Lemster, 44, of Greenwich was wanted by warrant for Disorderly Conduct and Assault 3 stemming back to an incident on Prospect Drive on the morning of Nov 18.
Police said the warrant stemmed from an incident that occurred in November 2024. Investigation led officers to discover that Mr. Lemster had acted in a tumultuous manner and the incident involved him causing physical injury to another party.
After being processed, he was unable to post the required 7% of his $10,000 bond and assigned a date in Stamford Superior Court on Dec 23, 2024.
Police said Mr. Lemster was also charged on Dec 20 by warrant with Failure to Appear in Court 2nd degree for the Nov incident. Bond for this charge was also set at $10,000. He was unable to post the required 7%. He was assigned a date in court for this charge on Jan 3, 2025.
