On Wednesday Greenwich Police arrested a man who turned himself in on an active arrest warrant to answer for a Larceny 6 charge stemming from an incident on the Post Rd in Cos Cob.
Police say Henry R Brown, 79, of Cos Cob received a service when he had his car fixed on Oct 17, 2022 but did not pay for the service.
The total dollar amount for the repairs was $410.41.
His bond was set at $5,000, which he was able to post. He was released and has a date in Stamford Superior Court on March 22, 2023.
