Albert Green, 50, of 11 Fisher Ave in White Plains, NY was arrested on Nov 4 following an incident on Gerry Street in Chickahominy around 6:45pm.
Police initially responded to a report of an intoxicated man banging on the door of a residence and refusing to leave.
Investigation revealed Mr. Green had violated an outstanding protective order barring him from being at the residence.
He was placed under arrest and charged with Criminal Trespass 1 and Criminal Violation of a Protective Order. His bond was set at $1,000. He was assigned a court date in Stamford Superior court on Nov 6, 2017.
