Paul A Minor, 54, whose address is listed as “Homeless, Greenwich” was arrested on the afternoon of April 23 after police received a call about a man sleeping in Greenwich Library.
Minor was arrested and charged with Failure to Appear 2nd degree for an incident stemming back to Valentine’s Day.
On Feb. 14, Minor was charged with Criminal Trespassing 1st degree for sleeping in a horse trailer on a Clapboard Ridge Rd property.
Prior to that, Minor was arrested in August for Trespassing, after having been warned to stay off the Clapboard Ridge Rd property.
His bond was set at $7,500. He has a court date of May 2.
