On Feb 2, Greenwich Police officers observed a vehicle weaving on West Putnam Ave and stopped it in the area of 411 West Putnam Ave.
The operator, identified as Ann Oliveira, 32, of Park Ave in Harrison, NY displayed signs of intoxication. She was given field sobriety tests which she did not perform to standard and was subsequently placed under arrest for DUI.
