On Aug 27 Greenwich Police responded to a residence on a report of a physical fight during which the offender, Ly Djeneba, 48, of Bruce Park Ave, struck the victim with a bat.
Investigation revealed that Djeneba had struck the victim in the left forearm and left leg with a wooden stick, locked her out of the house and attempted to destroy evidence.
Police say the victim sustained minor physical injuries.
Djeneba was charged with Criminal Lockout, Disorderly conduct and Interfering with an Officer/Resisting Arrest. She was released on a promise to appear in Stamford Superior Court the next day, Aug 28.
