Greenwich Police arrested a Greenwich resident on May 10.
Police say Frances Zaccagnino, 31, was arrested based on an outstanding arrest warrant for Failure to Appear. The warrant for her arrest was issued in January 2024 charging her with Failure to Appear 1st degree for an arrest made by Stamford Police Dept for:
Interfering with an Officer/Resisting, Breach of Peace 2, Assault on a Public Safety Officer.
Bond was set at $15,000, which she was unable to post. She was assigned a date in Stamford Superior Court on May 19, 2025.
In a separate arrest on the same day, police said Ms Zaccagnino was arrested on an outstanding warrant for Failure to Appear 2 for a summons issued out of Stamford Police Dept for Disorderly Conduct and Assault 3.
Bond was set at $15,000k which she was unable to post. She was assigned a date in court on May 19, 2025.
