On June 11 Greenwich Police arrested a Greenwich woman following a single car motor vehicle crash near 23 Fairfield Road.
Around 1:00pm police responded to the crash and during investigation they detected the odor of alcoholic type beverage on the driver’s breath.
The driver, Kate Edel Yoder, 25, of Lake Ave in Greenwich was charged with DUI and Failure to Drive in Proper Lane.
Her bond was set at $250, which she posted. She was assigned a date in Superior Court on June 25.
