Greenwich Woman Arrested on Ham Ave after Report of Loud People Pushing a Car

During the morning of Nov. 9 at 2:22am, Greenwich Police responded to 97 Hamilton Ave on the report of loud people pushing a car in the middle of the road.

According to police, a 2011 Saab 9.5 appeared to have been in an accident with disabling damage, its airbags deployed. The Saab was next to a 2013 Honda Accord bearing what appeared to have recent damage to its left quarter panel and paint matching the color of the Saab.

Upon further investigation, the operator, Chin Yu Huo, 33, of 103 Havemeyer Place in Greenwich was observed to have droopy, bloodshot eyes and the odor of alcoholic beverage on her breath and person.

After failing a series of standardized field sobriety tests, Chin Yu Huo was arrested for Failure to Drive to the Right and DUI. She posted a bond of $25o and has a court date set for Nov. 24, 2014 in Stamford.
