Crystal Diana Cruz, 26, of 185 Bronx River Road in Yonkers NY was arrested on April 29, 2016 at about 2:00am, when she turned herself in at Greenwich Police headquarters for having evaded an accident on Byram Rd.
She provided a sworn written statement that she was driving a Honda CR-V when she was involved in the accident and left the scene before Greenwich Police arrived. Ms. Cruz was arrested and charged with Evading Responsibility and Restricted Turns Fail Signal.
Her bond was set at $250 and she has a court date on May 6 in Stamford Superior Court.
