On Wednesday Greenwich Police were detailed to police headquarters to await the arrival of a suspect with active arrest warrants – one for Violation of a Restraining Order stemming back to Oct 9, 2019 on Lake Ave and one for Harassment 2 (4 counts) and Violation of a Restraining order (4 counts) stemming back to Nov 22, 2019.
When the suspect, Marco Battistotti, 53, of 95th Street in New York City arrived, he was arrested and processed.
His bond was set at $75,000, which he was unable to post. He was placed in GPD Cell #1 and assigned a date in Stamford Superior Court the next day, Dec 5.
