Greenwich Police Charge Man with Harassment, Trespass in 2017 Incident

On Tuesday Greenwich Police went to Stamford Police headquarters to serve a warrant for Carlos Francisco Escobar, 27, of Garnerville, NY.

The warrant stems back to an arrest in October 2017.

Greenwich Police Lt Zuccerella said Escobar continued to contact a person and continued to show up at the person’s private  home after being advised not to do so on previous encounters. 

The trespassing charge was for being unwanted on property. The harassment charge was for continuing to contact reporting party, and Disorderly Conduct Charge was for causing the respondent alarm.

Police transported Escobar to Greenwich Police headquarters where he was charged with Harassment 2, Disorderly Conduct and Criminal Trespass 1.

Escobar appeared in Bridgeport Superior Court the day after his arrest.

He was able to post his $5,000 bond.
