This week Greenwich Police and Connecticut Dept of Motor Vehicle Inspectors conducted joint agency commercial motor vehicle enforcement in Greenwich.
On Wednesday, Feb 19, several motor vehicle stops were made resulting the following citations:
• No Insurance violation
• Driver without a CDL endorsement while Driving a commercial motor vehicle
• Vehicle placed out of service
According to a post on the Greenwich Police Facebook page, through the efforts of the special patrol, commercial vehicles were targeted resulting in $11,182 in fines.
