On Sunday at about 9:00pm, Greenwich Police responded to Citarella on the report of a man entering a woman’s place of employment in violation of a protective order.
According to Greenwich Police, Hector Felipe Estrella, 19, of 9 Armstrong Court Apt #21 attempted to fight the manager at Citarella when he was asked to leave the store.
Mr. Estrella was placed under arrest and charged with Violation of a Protective Order, Trespass 1st degree, and Disorderly Conduct.
He was assigned a court date of Jan. 4, 2016 at Stamford Superior Court. Estrella was unable to post bond of $10,000, and was subsequently placed into the GPD cell block.
