Greenwich Man Faces Charges Following Incident Involving His Dog

Greenwich Police have charged a Pemberwick man following an incident on Halock Drive in January involving his dog.

Joel Matthew Matlock, 41, was arrested by warrant on Tuesday.

He was wanted for Failure to Comply with Dog Ownership Requirements, Tethering a Dog with No Water, and Not Vaccinating the Animal for Rabies.

The incident involving his dog took place on Jan 29 at about 11:00am.

He was released after posting the required 7% of his $10,000 bond.

Matlock is due in Stamford Superior Court on March 13, 2024.
