On Dec 20 Greenwich Police say they responded to a residence in Pemberwick on a report of a dispute observed taking place between a man and a woman.
Police say the victim was not cooperative with officers on scene and did not wish to provide a statement.
Police say Mariusz Moseij, 39, of Greenwich had an active protective order on file that stipulated there be no contact with the victim, and that Moseij said he was aware of the order.
Moseij was charged with Violation of Protective Order.
His bond was set at $1,000 and he was assigned a court date on Dec 21, 2020.
