Greenwich Man Charged with Threatening, Attempted Larceny Following 7 Month Investigation

 

On Tuesday Greenwich Police arrested a local man for threatening and attempted larceny.

GPD opened an investigation in February 2019 after receiving complaints that Mark Traisman, 32, of Indian Chase Drive in Greenwich had demanded money and valuables from a victim and threatened to harm the victim if he did not get what he wanted.

On Tuesday, Mr. Traisman turned himself in to police after being informed of an active warrant for his arrest.

Mr. Traisman was charged with Threatening 2 and Criminal Attempt/Larceny 2.

He was released on a $50,000 bond and assigned a date in Stamford Superior Court on Sept 11, 2019.
