Greenwich Man Charged with Reckless Endangerment, Engaging Police in Pursuit

On April 4 around 1:30am, Greenwich Police attempted to stop a 2008 Toyota Camry on Arch Street after observing a motor vehicle violation. The vehicle fled from police but was later located at the driver’s residence on Gerry Street.

Police obtained a warrant for the driver, Carlos Molina, 21, of Gerry Street in Greenwich, based on probable cause and arrested him on May 3 when he turned himself in to Greenwich Police.

He was charged with Reckless Endangerment, Interfering with an Officer, Speeding, and two counts of Improper Turn Signal, Engaging Police in Pursuit and Failure to Obey Stop Sign.

Molina’s bond was set at $1,000, which he was able to post. He has a date in Stamford Superior Court on May 13, 2019.
