Greenwich Man Charged with Disorderly Conduct for His Tumultuous Behavior

A Greenwich man was charged with Disorderly Conduct by Greenwich Police on Saturday, Oct 26.

Around 3:40pm officers responded to a Byram residence on a report of a verbal altercation that had turned physical.

Police on scene concluded that the verbal argument between two parties escalated and the arrestee pushed the victim causing her to strike a table and sustain a minor injury.

“The arrestee’s violent and tumultuous behavior within the private residence was concluded to be in violation of Connecticut Law,” police said in their report.

Police arrested Charlie L Boddie, 46, of 169 South Water Street and charged him with Disorderly Conduct. His bond was set at $1,000 and he was assigned a date in Stamford Superior Court on Oct 28, 2019.
