On March 12 Greenwich Police were dispatched to Chickahominy, on the west side of town, on a report of an altercation between to men in which one attempted to pull a knife.
During the course of the investigation, police determined that Offender 1, identified as Carlos Molina, 27, of Greenwich did engage in fighting behavior with Victim 1, who had an active restraining order against him, prohibiting him from being at the place where the incident took place.
Molina was charged with Disorderly Conduct and Violation of Protective Order.
His bond was set at $1,000 which he was able to post. He was assigned a court date on March 13, 2025.
