On Jan 20 Kyle Roman Hernandez, 26, of Greenwich voluntarily surrendered to police on an outstanding arrest warrant that originated from a July 14, 2021 incident in which he failed to register as a sexual offender.
Hernandez was processed for Failure to Register-Sexual Violence, a class D Felony.
His bond was set at $25,000, which he was unable to post.
He was assigned an appearance in Stamford Superior Court the same day as his arrest.
According to the CT Judicial Branch, court is awaiting his plea and his next court appearance is March 22, 2023.
Hernandez was previously charged with the same offense in 2021.
