On Monday afternoon Greenwich Police responded to the Family Centers Health Care located within Wilbur Peck housing complex on a report of a patient who had caused a scene and made threats toward staff and patients.
Investigation revealed that Lloyd I Cooke, 52 of Quarry Knoll in Greenwich had acted in a manner causing fear, annoyance and alarm, and that an intentional threat was made placing multiple people in fear of “imminent serious physical injury.”
Quarry Knoll is senior/disabled housing operated by the Housing Authority of the Town of Greenwich.
Mr. Cooke was charged with Breach of Peace 2 and Threatening 2.
His bond was set at $1,000 which he was unable to post at the time of his arrest. He has a date in Stamford Superior Court on Aug 12, 2019.
Last August Mr. Cooke was arrested at Quarry Knoll after police determined he had struck a victim in the face during an argument. He was issued a misdemeanor summons for Assault 3 on an Elderly Person.
