On the afternoon of Jan 11 Greenwich Police were dispatched to the west side of town on a report of a verbal argument.
Police say Richard Todd Dombrowski, 58, of Greenwich had come at the victim with a raised fist, and in response, the victim became alarmed for their safety and pepper sprayed Dombrowski in self defense.
Police charged Dombrowski with Disorderly Conduct. He was released after being assigned a date in Stamford Superior Court on Jan 12, 2024.
