GPD Charge Two for Incident at McDonald’s

On Monday night around 11:30pm, Greenwich Police were dispatched to the McDonald’s on West Putnam Ave on a report of a group of young men behaving in a disorderly fashion. Police say it was related that the accused, Hiram Kenley Miracle, 18, of Riverside and Shawn Outen, 18, of Greenwich, were part of the group taunting a victim in his vehicle.

While on scene, police reviewed surveillance footage and observed Mr. Miracle and Mr. Outen striking and kicking the victim’s vehicle several times causing damage.

Mr. Miracle and Mr. Outen were arrested and each was charged with Criminal Mischief 2 and Breach of Peace 2.

Both were released on a promise to appear in Stamford Superior Court on July 8, 2022.
