Greenwich Police arrested a man on Sunday, July 7 around 1:00am following a report of a physical altercation on the west side of town.
Police say Dagoberto Martinez-Najera, 42, whose residency was redacted from the criminal information summary, had physically struck the victim, and threatened her with a kitchen fork to kill her and set her home on fire.
Mr. Martinez-Najera, was arrested and charged with Disorderly Conduct, Assault 3 and four counts of Threatening/Physical Threat.
His bond was set at $50,000, which he was unable to post.
He was assigned a date in Stamford Superior Court the following day, July 8, 2024.
