Greenwich Police arrested a Bridgeport man by warrant this week accused of inappropriately touching a 17-year-old girl who was walking her dog last month.
Hilmer Santos-Roca, 32, of Bridgeport, was charged Thursday with Sexual Assault 4, Unlawful Restraint 2, Public Indecency and Breach of Peace.
On March 23, 2023, Hilmer Santos-Roca, 32, of 494 Catherine Street Bridgeport was arrested by the Greenwich Police Department on an arrest warrant held by the Greenwich Police.
The Greenwich Police arrest warrant alleged that on February 18, 2023, Santos-Roca approached a 17-year-old female victim in the area of East Putnam Ave and Sound Beach Ave, and inappropriately touched and kissed the victim’s lips without her consent.
Santos-Roca was unable to post the court-set bond of $40,000 and is scheduled to appear at Stamford Superior Court on April 6, 2023.
