The Greenwich Police Narcotics Section, in cooperation with the Port Chester Police Detective Detectives, arrested by warrant Todd R. Fraiser on Wednesday Aug 10.
Mr. Frasier, 47, of 45 Sylvan Ave in Port Chester, was wanted by the State of New York for Parole Violation.
He was arrested by Greenwich Police detectives around 4:30pm on West Putnam Ave.
He has a date scheduled in Stamford Superior Court on Aug 17 2016. His bond was set at $250,000
