Fraudulent Prescription at CVS Leads to Arrest

On Dec 20 Greenwich Police responded to CVS on West Putnam Avenue on a report of a person attempting to fill a fraudulent prescription.

Police say Ana Garcia, 67, of Terrace Ave in Port Chester was trying to fill a fraudulent prescription and was in possession of unlabeled pill bottles with multiple different pills within.

She was charged with Violation Controlled Substance Label Requirements and Criminal Attempt/Obtain controlled Drug Forged Prescription.

Her bond was set at $200 and she has a court date in Stamford Superior Court on Jan 4, 2018.
